What we collect

• Show owners: name, email, password hash, show settings, and the content of your viewer pages.
• Viewers: when someone opens a show page we record the time, a hashed IP address, an anonymous browser id, and any requests or votes they make. If the show uses GPS check-in, the viewer's coordinates are checked against the show's location and are not stored.
• Agent: the agent sends timeline names, durations and playback state from MadMapper. Nothing else from the show computer.

How we use it

To run the service, show owners their own analytics, and send transactional email (verification, password reset). Owners who opt in may receive occasional setup tips. We don't sell data.

Retention

Viewer statistics are kept for 18 months. Account data is kept until you delete your account, which removes everything immediately.

Cookies

A session cookie for signed-in owners and a CSRF cookie. Viewer pages use local storage for an anonymous id.

Hosting

Servers run on Railway behind Cloudflare in the United States.
